SHIPPING POLICY

Every order is dispatched within  4-5 business days from Imphal using Delhivery and should take about 7-10 days to arrive depending on where your order is being shipped.

Due to our exceptional situation of Covid-19, some couriers are delaying the shipping times.

Please, check your address twice, because we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, undeliverable address provided and it being consequently returned to us. We would be happy to re-ship it but extra shipping cost would be charged. 

IMPHAL : 1-2 business days after order has been processed.

NORTH-EAST : It takes approximately 2-4 business days to receive your package. Sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your state's policies.

​

REST OF INDIA : It will take about 4-6 business days to deliver to rest of India depending on location of the address. 

​

INTERNATIONAL : As of yet, we do not ship internationally but plan to do so in the future depending on the demand. 

Unfortunately that would be out of our hands but we would be happy to refund 50% of the product value.
