 RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION

Due the nature of it being a handmade product, we do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. However, if your candle arrives broken or damaged, please contact us in the first 2 days of delivery along with a picture of proof.

In case a wrong product is sent by mistake, we would be happy to replace it with the correct order after it has been returned within the first 14 days of delivery or refund it incase of unavailability.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 2 days of receiving your product.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned order received.

SHIPPING RETURNED ITEM

Please contact us by mail to know where you should return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
